Home Office New Application Fees and Charges 2018
The Home Office has published their new application fees or charges set to take effect from 6 April 2018.

The application fee for Adult naturalisation is being increased from £1,163.00 to £1,206.00, an increase of £43.00. The fee does include the £80.00 ceremony fee.
The application fee for child naturalisation has been increased from £973.00 to £1,012.00, an increase of £39.00. If the child turns 18 during the application process, then the Home Office will request an additional £80.00 for the ceremony fee.
Indefinite Leave to Remain
Application fees or charges for indefinite leave to remain has been increased from £2,297.00 to £2,389.00, an increase of £92.00.
Leave To Remain On Other Grounds
Application for Leave to Remain in the UK on other grounds has been increased from £993.00 to £1,033.00, an increase of £40.00.
You will be forgiven for thinking that these increases are not significant. However, in reality, a family of 4 (Mother, father, and two children ) will pay over 6, 132.00 in application fees only. The figure quoted includes the current NHS surcharge fee.
Transfer of conditions (TOC) or Application for a document confirming identity and immigration status fees have been reduced. The fees have been reduced from £168.00 to £161.00, a reduction of £7.00.
Another application fee which has been reduced is Transfer of Condition to confirm identity and immigration status indefinite leave to remain. The fees have been reduced from £237.00 to £229.00, a reduction of £8.00.
